Litigation and commercial arbitration

We act for domestic and international clients and investors before arbitral tribunals, subordinate courts and tribunals, the High Court of Tanzania, the High Court of Zanzibar and the Court of Appeal of Tanzania in commercial and other disputes. We further act for clients before quasi-judicial bodies such as the Fair Competition Commission, Fair Competition Tribunal and the Public Procurement Appeals Tribunal, among others.
