Ms. Mophate is actively involved and specializes in trade mark matters such as searches, the preparation, filing, prosecution, renewal and maintenance. Salome is also actively involved with copyright, franchising, counterfeit products, passing off and protection of patent rights. She has also been instrumental in alternative dispute resolution and the provision of general legal advisory services.
